Payment & Cancellation Policy:
At the time of booking a tour is considered booked and non-refundable however we are travelers ourselves so totally understand plans can change. We ask for at least 72 hours for a full refund minus $25 processing fee. $25 is nonrefundable and helps us cover the cost of credit card fees which we also can’t get a refund for. If it is under 24 hours we can not offer a refund of any kind. Our advance purchase 10% discount is non refundable. If you have booked through a tour company we also are unable to offer a refund of any kind. We operate 7 days a week during our season in all weather conditions and do not refund due to weather. I often joke and say do not come to Alaska for the weather, it is usually cold, hot, rainy, dusty, windy, buggy or snowing. We love Alaska and all it has to offer and I hope you are excited to experience real back country Alaska with us. We often do not sell out on our tour times so if you think you might like to see what the weather will be like I would suggest waiting until a few days before your trip to book a tour. The 10 weather forecasts are pretty accurate, although not always, but for the most part correct.
